we went here on a scoopon deal.. just wow! What can I say other than awful? Service was non existent tapas wasn’t even tapas it wasnt enough for 3 people even tho I purchased it for 4 and what we did get was low quality and nothing to write home about. Staff didnt ask how the food was I am assuming even they were embarrassed to serve it up and the wine which was included in the scoopon had sold out they couldn’t offer an alternative so soft drinks all around. They didn’t even clear the plates away so flies started to swarm us due to the prawn tails.. we promised the kids dessert but went elsewhere.
Great service although the food could be much better. I came here on a tapas voucher online and got exactly what was promised although it was on the small side. All were cooked freshly and were hot, and not bad but needed a bit more seasoning and some seemed like they were pre made – we ate everything and got some really lovely and well priced wine. Staff knew what they were doing and were really friendly. I’d probably try again for a lunch as they seem to have good deals for their regular prices.
