This little cafe situated within the state library is a nice place to relax and wait for time to pass. The small menu doesnt give you much to pick from. We went for the bagels today. The bagel itself was yummy, but the fillings mediocre. Salmon bagel had only a single sliver of smoked salmon. Coffee was decent.
