Great cafe located below Print Hall at Brookfield Place. Went there for a quick meal before a meeting. They ran out of pies which are really good so I had the chicken coconut lime panini. I was so happy they sell matcha latte too! I had mine ‘dirty’ style! So good! theengineereats.com

The joys of getting back to your desk and finding they have given you the wrong thing, even though I repeated myself three times. Please familiarise yourself with the names of your products!

Bought two toasties to take away this morning, and cook at work. The ham and cheese toasty had home made sourdough bread, with beautiful ham and cheese. The egg ‘n bacon version was equally good. Delicious crispy bacon. $15 for two. Each one was big enough to share. It’s hard to choose between all the freshly made bakery items on display. Oh, very friendly staff too. I’ll be back soon!

Expensive but pretty brilliant. Look this is a flowing review…. but I’ll start with the negative. Its expensive, its in CBD and prices reflectI had the iced coffee and it was strong, frothy, creamy and really well presented.I had the lamb and rosemary pie ($9.50) and its possibly the best pie I’ve ever eaten.I eat a lot of pies :-)They look to do the baking in-house and have a great selection of pastries. If your in town for lunch… this cafe is a great pick….. if you can afford it.

Great coffee, quick and easy, the staff are friendly. Can be a little slow but I enjoy the break from my office and reading the paper while I wait.

Great atmosphere average service. We (my family and I) had breakfast here on ANZAC Day. It was moderately busy and there were quite a few staff on.I had the pancakes which were delicious, my sister the eggs and bacon which too looked great. The coffee was well made and unlike most places in Perth was not burnt. However here comes the gripe. 45 minutes for an order or two of pancakes! Really ?!? And it wasn’t that busy? My wife had lunch here the week previous and said the service for lunch was equally as slow. The place looks great and the food is nice and prices reasonable by Perth standards but the slow service kills it!They don’t take bookings so it is a turn up and see venue.Give it a try if you have plenty of time, otherwise look for something else nearby.
