Just wanted to write a quick note to express my disappointment with our service at the Stage Bar last night… well Id like to but we didnt end up getting any. Also no food and not even a hint of a beverage. Despite booking for a pre-concert dinner at 6pm – my mum (it was her 80th birthday) and I were shunted up to some kind of holding pen on the first floor and promptly forgotten. We made our way back down 20 minutes later and were treated like we had just walked in the door. When the staff member finally realised who we were we were offered a small glass coffee table (another waiting area) by the front door. At this point we decided to move on not feeling confident we would get served nevermind fed before we had to leave to attend our concert. I did email the venue with my issues but as yet have had no acknowledgement or apology, hence my rant.
