This is one of the better Japanese fast food outlets in the CBD. Efficient, courteous staff, spotless modern cafe, well priced fresh sushi, hot dishes and Japanese salads to go. Today I chose the ‘volcano scallop’ dish. $7.50. We ate lunch in the Cloisters building outdoor deck area. Magic.
Perfect for grab & go lunch. Everything is fresh, tasty and reasonably priced. Absolutely addicted to the prawn and lobster sushi, will certainly be back for more.
The place is clean and nicely decorated. Friendly staff. Had this during lunch. I must agree with the other reviews on the pricing. Karaage ramen was okay to me. I guess an alternative for lunch in the cbd area. Freshly made sushi. I did enjoy the sushi. Pretty yummy.
$17.50 for a bento box where the tempura has been replaced by cold supermarket style spring rolls & piece of crumbed calamari (also cold & from a box). Sashimi was nice but not worth it for the price.
Bento Boxes. Yum. Bit more expensive than others but worth it. The chicken teriyaki bento was awesome.
Poor Value. Got a takeaway from here, $9.90 for more than half a container of rice and 4 pieces of chicken does not cut it. Have tried this place three times now and every time have been disappointed. Better options around.
