Tinys Liquor, part of but separate from Tinys bar and restaurant, runs along Milligan Street and is a narrow, brilliantly stocked wine shop and wine bar. The racks of wine include some outstanding, hard to come by, brands, while the small bar with its few window facing seats always has some excellent wines on pour.
