Poor service. I ordered ‘pasta of the day’ (beef lasagna) .The waitress said ‘I’ll ask the kitchen if that’s available’. Well, I was there at 10:30am…I assume it should be?Anyway, it is available so I ordered it.Waited for 25 minutes and nothing happened. I walked to close to the counter and waited there. The staffs looked at me and started whispering. I had a bag feeling maybe they just forgot m order. I asked the lady at the counter about my order and she said it’s coming soon. Then other guy came up to me ‘are you the one who is waiting for lasagna?’ after 5 minutes later. I said yes and the guys said ‘it’s coming soon’. Whatever. I asked if my order’s been forgotten but the staff said ‘no, the chef is really busy’.What? I was the only one who was waiting for the food. Everyone else ordered coffee, tea or muffins!I eventually got my order but NO apologies.Worst customer service, ordinary menu, over priced. All staffs there needs to learn customer service. I really like going to the Perth Zoo but never use this cafe again.

The food and the drink was both good, the staff could be more inclusive, rather than waiting for us to say something. They were busy it was lunchtime at the Zoo.

8/10 for coffee. Service is fast but they get inundated by orders. Worth waiting for
Food is ok, but my coffee was horribly burnt… Not very nice
Located in the perth convention centre It was very busy during the oil n gas expo. Service was efficient enough but staff didn’t give much love. Foccacia was a toasted bacon with a sweet chutney. There was a lot of bacon in it! Overall food and service was nice enough but no warm and fuzzies! Go there if in the area for a pit stop.
