You guys lost a long term customer today 04/04/18. The management serving today around 5pm is rude and impolite. Previous receptionist was extremely polite. Today I asked to get an order of noodles and I made a polite request for you to please use a plastic container instead of a cardboard container as previously when you gave me the cardboard container it leaked even within 2 minutes of carrying it. They refused to do that even though you had lots of plastic containers lying around. They even started angrily speaking something in their own language when i was calm. anyway i took the food in the container you gave me. When I was carrying my order it started leaking right after I reached the end of the street and so I came back to you. they were rude and made faces at me telling me telling me rudely that it only happened with you nobody else complained in a very condescending tone. They transferred my food into a plastic container without offering any apologies and instead was angry at me and taunting me. You ruined the whole experience of getting food from you guys. train your management to be provide for customer service and be polite to customers and be happy to see them instead of being angry because she was playing a game on her mobile phone and she had to stop.

I can see why you have to pay up front atthis place, we would have left if we hadnt already handed over our money. I wont be going back there and would encourage everyoneelse to go elsewhere. People thisignorant shouldnt be in customer service.I felt sorry for the poor woman who was taking orders, I suspect shemust field a lot of complaints due to her boss.
