Great coffee, rude staff. I go to Zucca everyday for coffee. The coffee is usually really good and the service is really fast.HOWEVER – You would think going everyday the staff would get to know you and at least smile and say hi?I never get a smile, especially the little rude one whose face will likely crack if she tried to smile.I don’t usually write reviews that much, but today I decided to because I have had enough of the rude girls.PLEASE ZUCCA get some decent NICE staff – they really should be alot more friendly especially to customers they see everyday. Last thing I want to see in the morning is a sour face!So, for this reason, coffee Club here I come!
Good Coffee….. But they do not cater for those with intolerances. That’s the only downfall
What happened?. Oh dear, something has changed and it isn’t for the better. I had always been a big fan of the wonderful customer service at Zucca and lovely sandwiches until the new tall girl took over in the kitchen. Not only does she appear very unfriendly but when she makes the sandwiches they seem stale. She is shockingly slow and serves pulpy revolting juices. I think that someone should show her how to clean out the pulp collector so this doesn’t happen again. Also someone needs to explain that people in the CBD don’t mind waiting 5-10 minutes but 20 is ridiculous!Please get your old kitchen staff back as the current one is a nightmare.
Why?. I always get my coffee from Zucca as its good. However this morning my flat white was so hot I couldnt hold the cup and had to wait a really long time for it to cool down. When it finally cooled down enough so I could sip it it tasted terrible, tasted like it was burnt. Im no barista but Im guessing the over hot coffee and burnt taste are related. What a pity as their coffee has always been great. Maybe just a bad day
SHort changed!!!. Just bought coffee, on return to office cup is only 60% full. Not the first time, I was only one in shop so it was not busy at 10am. Irish bloke ripped me off.
Average coffee and Staff!! Coffee taste bitter and poor customer service. Honestly, one more expensive and lacklustre coffee shop in the city. Not impress!!
