Really glad we visited here. Great coffee and great food. Would have got 5 stars if the poached eggs weren’t over cooked. Although this made it easy for the kids to eat 😉
I tried that cafe for the first time, coffee wasn’t good and all meals were disappointing( we charged 15%more because of new year) no way to come back.
Coffee is fairly good but that’s about it. Food is below average and the service is the same. Kids pancakes didn’t come out until everyone else had finished their breakfast. When we politely enquired as to there whereabouts we were told quite brashly that they were ‘being made fresh’ ? There are plenty of better places in town.
Had takeaway lunch from here. Coffee was nice but my toasted sandwich wasn’t anything special. The bread was soggy and hardly toasted but the filling was tasty. Staff were friendly but wouldn’t rush back.
Really average food but at least it’s priced to match. Assuming everything is just from woollies, very little homemade, homegrown produce. I am astounded that owners of these small town cafes don’t visit the city to see what’s happening in the food world. But it bears repeating: at least this isn’t another overpriced country restaurant. If you like brekky wraps then it’s probably the best option.
