Worst customer service I have encountered in a long time. Things can go wrong with an order and it’s all about both parties listening and putting themselves in each others’ shoes, and hopefully sorting it out. Very unimpressed with the communication and way my order was handled. Needless to say, I won’t be returning, there are plenty other places with delicious baked goods who treat their customers with respect and a smile.
If you don’t like sugary stuff, you won’t appreciate the incredible high from eating a yummy cupcake. We picked up a box of cupcakes from here and I’ve just wolfed down the toffee topped chocolate icing cupcake. It’s good but not as oh my god like the Classic chocolate or Truffle cupcakes from Magnolia Bakery in NYC.No complaints from me… Still on a sugary high lol.
My hubby bought a red velvet cupcake home for me tonight and it was DIVINE! Cake was perfect red velvet in colour and taste. Cream cheese frosting was sooo tasty and the amount of icing balanced well with the cake. Kit Kat finger on top was a surprising touch and not at all unwelcome At a time when cupcakes seem all the rage, it’s too easy to buy a crappy product – too much icing on top of a tasteless cake etc etc. Sweet on Cupcakes gave me something different tonight. If you’re gonna overdose on calories, this is a great way to do it. Very happy camper.
Never again!. I have now had 2 extremely dissapointing experiences with Sweet on Cupcakes. After the first lot (quite a while ago) I thought id give them the benefit of the doubt and try again. I ordered a square cake, yes it was very last minute however I was assured it was no issue. The craftman ship was absolutely appauling, nicks and creases in the fondant and extremely dodge piping. At an almost $200 cake I was in tears! Very dissapointing cake and very dissapointing customer service!
Beautiful Cupcakes. This place is amazing, I love the cupcakes, and the service has been great every single time I have been. I ordered some for my daughters Birthday, I got 12 regulars and they were all beautifully decorated. which makes sense.Definitely worth a go!
I had my first cupcake here back in 2010 when I was in first year uni and the shop was still in Dalkeith. I was hooked since then. Best cupcakes in perth. I’ve bought single ones and placed orders; two sets of cupcakes for birthdays and a large tiffany box cake and two valentines day orders. The icing is rich but the cake itself is not too sweet so the two balance each other. The strength of this business and it’s following by customers is more indicative of the quality of the products and customer service than the couple of bad reviews on here.
I ordered cupcakes from here for my daughters Birthday today. I paid for regular size cupcakes with simple icing what I got was mini cupcake sized which where stale and almost in edible. This place is an absolute rip off I should have made my own as originally planned at least they would have been fresh.
