Absolutely terrible quality and service.I ordered a beautiful cake for my baby’s 1st birthday party. My partner picked up the cake and when he got it home the icing was covered in cracks. The animals on top of the cake were of terrible quality and nothing like the ones we had requested (they looked like that had been made by a child). When they are charging nearly $300 for a cake you expect it to be to a high standard, definitely not what they provided! The owner then refused to contact us to discuss trying to fix the cake before the party, leaving us with no other option other than to return it (the lady who worked in the shop was happy to refund us as the owner was also refusing to speak to her!)Unfortunately this meant were left with no birthday cake for our little boy.They then blocked me on their Facebook page so that I was unable to leave a review.
