Our experience at Koh-I-Noor was below average at best. We had the buffet and was excited to try new Indian dishes.The biryani rice had no flavour to it and was beyond dry. The beef and chicken dishes were quite average but did not sit well. The Naan bread’s were okay but would have liked it to be more freshly cooked.We found the staff to be friendly and welcoming. We did not feel left out but instead we were greeted with excellent customer service.Being an Indian Buffet, this stood out to us when we wanted to try something new. Sadly, the quality of the food was definitely not what we were expecting.Hoping that this restaurant can improve. All the best.
The buffet is always well worth it. There are many available foods for most palates with vegetarians, spice lovers and non spice lovers all well accounted for. Service is always efficient with plates cleared quickly and drinks brought promptly.Only downside is I’ve been here often and the quality of some of the dishes (meat mainly and the butter chicken sauce) can vary from time to time.
