I’ve been coming here for nigh on a decade now and have always been satisfied.I like the pizza dough they have here, as it is easy to bite through, there is no pull on the chew when you take a bite and the sauce is not overbearing or overly sweet. It’s an old-fashioned Australian pizza-shop style of pizza and they never skimp on the toppings. I enjoy their very eggie, very creamy, alfredo-style carbonara; as good as any I’ve had in Italian take-aways around town. A nice spot, which I treat myself too whenever I am up there in that area of town.
The pizza at this place was below average. It was very salty and the base of the pizza was a little soggy. I think that the base was not cooked properly
Ordered 2 nice pizzas.The marinara and the Wanneroo special. Plus a garlic bread I also asked for extra anchovies and wasn’t let down. More anchovies the better. The pizzas were well cooked. Plenty of topping and the base was nice but a bit on the soft side.Not to mention the garlic bread was ok.Nothing special about the garlic bread, same pizza shop fare.Reasonably priced for the 2 large pizzas and the extras. Happy with the pizzas and will consider Wanneroo Pizza again in the future.
By far the best pizza in Perth and it has been for many years! I remember them being behind the Wanneroo tavern 10 years or more ago and it was the go to place after a couple of quiet ones at the pub. Super tasty toppings and plenty of it makes it great value for money!
