We both took a leave day for my husbands mid week birthday and I surprised him with the venue – neither of us had eaten here before and we weren’t disappointed. As it was a Wednesday lunch time we didn’t expect the restaurant to be busy and there were about 10 other diners. We were offered the set price special lunch ($49 for 2 courses plus a glass of wine), or the a la carte menu (we chose the latter). We sat overlooking the river and spent a very lazy and peaceful 2 and a half hours enjoying our meal – we weren’t rushed between courses and were able to fully enjoy the relaxed ambiance. The stuffed Zucchini flower to start was delicious and the Barramundi was cooked well, My husband had oysters (3 plain and 3 with watermelon and vodka), followed by the lamb which he really enjoyed. Apple Mouse and a generous piece of stilton finished off the meal. Mosmans isn’t cheap, but a beautiful location, faultless service and delicious well presented food made for a wonderful lunch.

I had the barramundi & my partner had the steak. The barramundi was just delicious & cooked to perfection, steak was okay. Beautiful decorations all around with lights on the bridge. Enjoyable dinner experience!
