Polite staff and very cheap offeringWhen I say cheap and value for $, its simply $10 for a breakfast set with coffee. What an amazing experienceOverall the restaurant is under rated. We been to Vans who expects us to pay over $22 for 1 toast w eggs. Here you pay $10, you get 2 toast w eggs and a coffee
Went with friends on a Tuesday night to try the Indian buffet dinner, which was small, fresh and very tasty. There were about 4 meat choices and 2 or 3 vegetarian choices including dhal. Sides included rice, salad and naan and I think there was 1 dessert (which we didn’t try). Service was friendly and helpful. Ambience could be improved if lights could be dimmed for dinner service. All in all, we thought Toucan’s buffet was good value and very nice food. A good addition to the local scene. Will return.
We came for breakfast. Service seems nice but she got our order a little mixed up so our food wasnt quite right but tasted ok. The healthy breakfast was a waste. Essentially a small bag of Coles spinach emptied into a bowl with a poached egg in it. There was some tomatoes and some avocado. Not a lot but it was boring. He ate eggs Benedict. Good. Thats all he said. Coffee was good. Fruit squeezed juice tasted more like a mix of bottled juices. A casual and ok place if youre on your way to do your grocery shopping.
