Zarraffas is the best coffee ever. Thank goodness its finally made it to Western Australia. The coffee is delicious and the mocha/chocolate syrup flavour is amazing
Baristas need training. The first time I came here I got a capuccino and was so happy with what I received since I could never get a good coffee at muzz buzz. The milk was creamy, not foamy or flat, it was the correct temperature and tasted good!Ever since, all I seem to get is overheated milk with no cream or froth…flatter than a flat white which I have to wait to drink and then its like drinking hot milk. I just come back for the bread but this will definately be the last time.I dont usually do reviews but if your going to be a coffee making service at least be good at it. Put some training into the baristas as it wouldn’t take much to get it right!!
Cycling and call in for a coffee some mornings and very hit and miss..shame
Don’t say you open at five thirty and then don’t. Way to be on time not even a car in sight or a person in the shop. Hire better staff your loosing so many customers saw about five people drive away this morning. I know for a fact it takes about 5 minutes to set up the coffee machine so be on time set up before 530 when you say your open for business. Learn how to run a business because your pissing a lot of people off I will not return now! Along with 5 friends
Paid $7 for a soy coffee, they used normal milk. And by the time it had cooled and i noticed i was too far away to return it. Unable to drink it as im lactose intolerant.
Terrible coffee. Just dropped in to pick up a midday takeaway coffee and, while the service is quick, the coffee is really quite bad.Far too milky, far too hot and I can barely taste the coffee at all. I definitely won’t be back.
