This place was okay for takeaway sushi but the downfall that it was overpriced like 6 bucks for a sushi roll come on and also charges for soy sauce lol.
Not a large range of sushi to choose from. Sushi is a let down, quite bland. I got the cooked tuna and salmon, wouldn’t go there again. However they do make their own fresh wasabi and the service is really good, very friendly and welcoming. Such a shame about the food.
Fantastic service, great location. Staff are always friendly and the food is great. Cardboard sushi containers and free Wasabi made instore are a nice touch. The park on the forshore is the ideal place to sit and enjoy your sushi.
Definitely Best Sushi in Rockingham!!. I went into Ling Sushi for lunch today, I was happily greeted by the friendly staff member behind the counter, who I can only assume was the person who prepared the food as there was nothing he couldn’t tell me about the different rolls! I settled on a tuna roll, a tofu roll & bought a mineral water, totalling $13.70… worth every cent! After he had cut the sushi roll for me, he put it in fantastic cardboard packaging, LOVE it! Really gives the take-away a boutique feel and the environmental aspect is great (yaay no more plastic sushi containers for me!) He offered some free home made wasabi which is amazing! I am not normally a wasabi lover but I have gobbled up every bit of this one and want more! The tuna sushi was as to be expected, simple flavours but very very fresh! The tofu roll however, now theres the star of the story! The flavours are so crisp and leave a great taste in your mouth afterwards, you should definitely try it, and don’t drown it out in sauce its better than that… you’re better than that.. you deserve it. There you have it, Ling Sushi very happy that Rockingham finally has a Sushi Bar worthy of reviewing (for all the right reasons)
Lovely service. I almost dont want to say their sushi i a bit bland. It needs a bit more spice, and a bit of flavour. The owner however gives you top service and this is one of the reasons we keep going back. Hopefully they add another dimention to their menu options with a bit i a kick to the flavour – and it will be one of the hottest spots on the foreshore.
