I’m not a crazy fan of fish and chips in general, but this one was a very pleasant surprise. I ordered the fish, squid and chips and the portion was very generous, the chips were the best ones I’ve had in a fairly long time (so yum!), and the batter was perfect. The menu seems to boast a very decent variety of meals and snacks, and the staff was very friendly too.Being picky, I’d have prefered a bit more salt on the chips (no biggie) and would have loved some lemon for the seafood (again, no biggie, and didn’t think of checking/asking before leaving the shop, so really that was my bad)Great job, guys!! 🙂 Thanks for a delicious meal by the beach
Ordered the family pack for 3 people, amount was good but talk about over salted. Reading other comments they have perhaps taken on advice on no salt, but ours was coated like a sugared donut. Chips were good and crunchy though, fish was dry. I think the crab sticks and fish were over cooked. It as all too greasy too. Service was good though. We went there Easter Saturday, 1pm. There are quite a few other spots to get fish and chips, will try elsewhere next time.

I have had so many bad chips lately that I was giving up. We drove past and saw the sign that said Rockingham’s Best Fish and Chips… The line was long and we took this as a good sign. So glad we waited! The chips were so crunchy and perfect. Slightly oily and under-salted but the crunch made up for it!
this place is just so welcoming, even when its raining, nice and cosy, the best fish and chops you can get in rockingham at the moment, its why its been here for ever, a Rocky Beach Icon
After living close by for 5 years I’ve finally had the best fish n chips in the local area ! The fish was fresh and tasted what fish is meant to taste like , the chips nice and clean with that perfect crunch.
Awesome take away fish and chips at a great price. The garlic squid is a must try! It can get very busy during school holidays, but well worth the wait.
