Warning!!!Ok, $6 for large coffee, expensive but tasty and not actually very big! But next the major rip off (even by Perth and airport standards)!!! $16.50 for 2 pieces of sourdough with 2 eggs and smashed avocado + $3.50 for 2 tiny chipolatas! Outrageous, barely a 1/3 of an avocado used between the pieces of bread and the chipolatas were tiny! You expect high prices at an airport but not to be ripped off, no thanks here from a still hungry and disappointed Perth traveller!
Service here is terrible. Horrible coffee – too hot and served a latte in a cappuccino mug. The milk tasted old and couldn’t drink it. Breakfast looked gross, garnished with what looked like dried up old parsley. Eggs overcooked. Save your money and go somewhere decent. The staff here seem uninterested and annoyed to be serving customers.
Decent eggs & coffee while waiting for my connecting flight.. Definitely not something to write home about, but pretty standard airport food. Artisan sourdough was delicious. Eggs were fairly hard poached (I hate that!). Coffee was okay but Perth price – $5.40 for a small long black. Ridiculous! Staff friendly enough. Good for a quick bite…
Over priced and uptight staff. No atmosphere, power points never working for laptops, food cold and bad quality for a $25 burger and chips. Need to lift the game at this cafe, head to one of the others around if you want value for money and a bit of personality
Can’t thank enough!. We can’t thank the staff enough for their assistance today. My daughter has food allergies and all menu items at all food venues posed some sort of problem for her. After discussing with the friendly male staff member the situation we were able to constrct a meal which would meet her dietary requirements and provide her with a satisfying meal. Thank you so very, very much! We are very grateful for your willingness to help!!
There seem to be some confusion as Perth Airport now has 2 Local Food Stores, one is next to Billie Chu in Domestic terminal and has a roof and doesn’t sell muffins. The new Local Food Store is in the International terminal and has to cope with the airport renovations all around.20 Nov, 2014Love the beef Sliders and salt and pepper calamari. Also really like the fact that the food is well prepared with friendly service. I’ll be back next time I’m in the airport
Burnt coffee that was undrinkable. Muffins were served heated without our request and had a doughy consistency. I don’t get the feeling that this establishment knows about good coffee or food.
