I am not normally prone to writing reviews however I felt compelled to say something about this food dispenser.First off the tables are filthy with seldom collected leftovers and rubbish from previous diners left out.Plastic Ham and cheese bagel dispensed by extremely unhelpful staff who refused to reprint or hand write my receipt after they binned the original , despite me asking for one. The Irony being that the supervisor was wearing reindeer antlers to spread the Christmas cheer. Poor , overpriced food with rude unhelpful staff.
I tried to order a basket of wedges for our children, along with one beer and 2 coffees, I was told that it was too busy, at 3:40pm to order wedges at this time, and that it would take 45 minutes for them to be cooked by the ‘Local Food Store’ across from Two Brews. That was nonsense. I ordered wedges and a meal directly from Local Food Store, instead, which arrived in ten minutes. The women at Two Brews who told me too not order food were rude, didn’t take my whole order, of drinks for the three children and clearly lied to me about the food service. Unsure why? We travel extensively, will not spend here again.
Really upset by the customer service experience I just witnessed. Staff member Peta was extremely rude to the lady in front of me and needs retraining. Is there a contact for management on here ?
Even Stockholm syndrome couldn’t save this place – nothing else was open!! Ordered a spinach and ricotta roll for $7.80 and found random strings of sundried tomato in it. This is the weirdest and saltiest tasting spinach and ricotta roll I have ever tasted and I have had a few in my time. They one star for offering charging capabilities
Over priced, bad food and service. Signs advertising pizza and drink left up when they aren’t even available. Coffee burnt and watery. Worst pie I’ve ever had.
Overpriced for crap food/beverages…………………………guys don’t even bother….try elsewhere……………so disappointed!!!!!!!
Overpriced weak milky coffee & average food. We went back & complained & asked for an extra shot, so they put 2 extra shots in & made it taste even worse.Such a shame they’ve got the monopoly at the airport with nobody else serving coffee
