As bakery’s go this one is pretty good. Great selections and always very fresh. If you want something later than lunch time good luck as it will most likely be gone. Very popular. It is pricey so don’t expect a cheap lunch.Only issue is there is no system to being served. It is almost a case of push yourself to the front and hope for the best.
Amazing bakery. Always packed out and you can tell why. I love their bee stings and their cookies are great also. Always stop in whenever I’m on my way down south. So yum!
Grabbed some lunch from here on Easter Monday – it was mayhem. Never seen a bakery so busy and with no order or line system, it was just a mess. Luckily we got served reasonably quick but definitely room for improvement!! We tried the beef mince pie and the vegetarian pie. Both were nice and hot and the flavour nice but we were not blown away. The dessert pastries looked outstanding – would definitely try those on the next road trip!!
Seriously good coffee! Wasn’t expecting a latte that good from a bakery. Although $5.50 is a bit extortionate, the homemade cookie and shear size of the cup made it worth it. I’ve also been here for sweet and savory pastries and never been disappointed mikaelaknightblog.wordpress.com
One of my favourite bakeries in WA. I love the pasties, but get in quick because they’re always sold out of the puff pastry one! Best vanilla slice I’ve ever eaten in Australia!
Chunky chicken and vegetable pie. When you pay $8 for a pie then you expect the best. Mine was aptly called the Crickey Chicken pie. Crickey where is the chicken…….tasted ok but was just vegetables and chicken flavoured sauce. Would not rush back as everything there is well overpriced.
Beef and mushroom was magic…
