This is our local and we are very disappointed at how bad it has become. I would not recommend anyone eat there. Last time I ordered pork belly and it was so under done the skin was like rubber. Upon complaining we were told another would be cooked. After waiting an hour and watching my wife eat her entire meal the pork belly had not come. We left in disgust. Not wanting to be tainted by one bad experience we have just tried it again. My wife asked for a well done steak and it was almost impossible to cut with the steak knife. Upon complaining to the manageress Tanya we were told that’s what happens when you cook a steak well done, Despite out protestations that we have had well done steaks, both at home and in other restaurants and have never had this issue, she insisted that nothing could be done and proceeded to tell me how their chef knows how to cook steak and that was that, so we paid the bill and left. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN.

I read a few bad reviews about this joint but i have to disagree. Note to others – decide for oneself yes? Yes. I had the ribs and i liked them. A lot. Ill be back. littlegirlbigfood.blogspot.com
Waited over an hour for meal then received it cold. One staff member was very helpful and apologetic though the others were not. Not even the manager spoke to us. Not impressed with the new staff. deffinatly have lost customers due to not having decent personalities around. 1.5 is generous
four of us went tonight and I can honestly say I wasn’t over impressed . 45 minute wait for our food . we wanted to leave . even drinks took for ever to come , the staff member that waited on us was a very friendly guy , when my meal came finally after everyone elses the fennel on the pork belly was black in the centre , this makes it old , is there a point of putting this on here will any one really care
waited hour and half for our meals my son inlaws steak was stone cold he had ordered his with mushroom sauce he got no sauce my daughter had chicken parmy the chicken was raw in middle . I order the prawn chorizo chilli pasta it was so oily I could eat it will never go back there again.
Nice staff, good people buy food is taking a while too long. Too long for being as busy as it is. Have waited around 40-50 minutes for simple meals, still waiting at this current moment. Defiantly wish it’s only s one time thing as I love the atmosphere here and wish to come back.
