Best avoided in my opinion. I’ve been here twice; 5 years apart, and little has changed in that time. The decor is depressing and in need of refurbishment and the food & coffee is in keeping with the decor. It’s a shame as it is in stark contrast to Lake cave and the visitors center.

Great friendly service. We went there for breakfast as part of our accomodation deal, because it was a free breakfast we weren’t expecting much, well were we wrong, we got to choose any of the breakfast items we liked, my hubby had the big brekkie and I had the brekkie roll,it was so nice and fresh just delicious, and one of the best hot chocolates I’ve had in ages. The owners were very nice and friendly, would definitely return if down that way again.

Not as good as in past. Been here a few times for breakfasts over the past few years and has generally been very good, except last week the breakfast buns seemed stale and over-toasted.Very friendly couple running the place.

Hungry campers. I’ve not only read great reviews about Lake Cave Tearooms but have family that have visited and enjoyed many times. I’ll be in the area in two weeks time walking the Cape to Cape and will pop in for a burger or two to help sustain me through to Cape Naturaliste.

Artisan coffee roaster. I dont think there is another cafe in country WA that roasts its own coffee, and it is great. In fact everything i looked at coming out of the kitchen looked great next time im in Margaret river this is my lunch venu.
