Made a detour here on the way to Margaret River. The flavour selection is quite big so it was hard trying to pick from the range of flavours. You also have to choose between a cup or cone. After picking a flavour you can enjoy the ice cream in the cafe or step outside to the huge grassy area. The ice cream was creamy and tasty. There is a large playground as well as electronic rides and lots of grass to run around in. There was also a mini-golf course around the back.A good place to stop especially if you have children with you for a good stretch.
The best ice cream in the West hands down! I’ve been coming to Simmo’s since I was a baby so it holds a special place in my heart but the ice cream is as amazing as I remember every time I go back. They even did my birthday cake last year and it was spectacular! My personal favourites are – ferro, almond nougat and white choc malteasers.

I came here with my family for a ice cream after being at the beach. It was quiet busy, but we were served promptly. I had the apple pie ice cream – delicious! Good value for money too.
This place was busy on a Saturday afternoon. We had the honeycomb, hazelnut and nougat, and mango and macadamia – all of which were delicious. There’s also a spacious park attached to the shop which makes a good hangout / picnic spot.
