2 whopper meals and a junior meal purchased from Rockingham’s HJs today, as a family treat is currently heading for the rubbish bin where i think it possibly come from to begin with.. burger meat cold and tasted like cardboard, buns semi stale, more mayo than lettuce , chips where cold,hard and disgusting.. will NOT be recommending this store to any one..
I’m strictly talking about the port kennedy place. I am appalled by the quality of food here. I got severe food poisoning from here and called up the next day for a refund and they hung up on me. I hope noone has this. My onion rings were stale and cold. My fiances chips were the same. Made terribly (the burgers) and we’re barely warm considering they make it all fresh. Both will never go back.

Complaint. Just went to hungry jacks in rockingham and purches 2 whopers and onion rings .not happy whopers were really cold and onion rings were to dry it looks it was over cooked. anyway it not as good as it used to be ,,, it got worst .
Food was freezing!!!!. Will never EVER go to hungry jacks again …. Ordered our meal at drive tru ….. Both meals were stone cold …. We picked at the frozen chips the rest went in the bin!!!!

Worst service and food of all time. Customers complaining, food cold, drink half full or empty, you decide and disputes with management. Made McDonalds look like a Michelin Star restaurant.
