The manager is a thug. Goes by the name SA Huss and threatens people on facebook, anyone who leaves a bad review also gets the calls and the threats, they are Lebanese and hunt in packs of about 20 or 30, should all be deported or locked up.
Worst customer service and it was the manager who behaved VERY RUDELY with us and forcibly made us to cancel our order. WORST MANAGER EVER AND NOT EFFICIENT.
Nice place to chill and smoke a hookah, but a bit pricey. Wish they had alcoholic beverages, but they don’t. Staff were very friendly, though. I can’t say anything for the food, because I didn’t try any… Anyway, this is a place worth checking out if you like your occasional hookah.
Went to hookah last night for dinner, food came out quickly and was fairly decent, most of the customers walk around acting tough so not really a family friendly venue, decent meal but definetely not worth the $31.95 price tag, if you want Persian food go to Safa city
absolutely terrible experience. the staff is very rude, we were asked to move several time, very intrusive and finally they asked us to either buy another shisha or leave, we have been there for less than an hour. it was only me and a friend, we bought drinks, not like we were not paying money. definitely ruined our night out.
