You wouldn’t think this bakery was anything amazing just walking by but don’t let the exterior have you fooled. Their range of pies is impressive along with baked goods. Love their sweet potato and beef pie. It had chunky bits of meat with a yummy gravy. I also really enjoyed the white choc raspberry muffin which was surprising as it’s really hard to impress me when it comes to muffins (I love them and have tried many around Perth in my time). The muffin top was crispy and buttery with a soft centre. Will be coming back soon!
I had the steak and mushroom pie and some of my wife’s seafood pie. Both very good. Top quality pies. Easy to see why this bakery has won Royal Show awards. Reminiscent of the original Miami Bakehouse ie under the original pie chef.

Nutella donuts, need I say anymore? $3 deliciousness. Plenty of options including a good selection of Vietnamese food too. Good pit stop for lunch after a beach sesh

Frozen cakes. I have been going to this bakery for many many years, some things are good, some not so good. But, being a bakery you would assume everything is baked fresh, yes? I just stopped in there and bought what I thought were a couple of fresh single serve cakes to cut up for morning tea and one of them had rock solid frozen apple and cream in the centre and the sponge was very dry. Frankly, that is just dodgy freezing cakes and trying to resell them as fresh. Shame on you Brighton Bakery.
Long story short, we came across this bakery, the Vietnamiese pork rolls are very good as are the bog ham and salad. Can’t wait to come back and try the pies etc because coming from Melbourne we were spoilt by our local Vietnamese bakery.
