Went to the Dunsborough shop. Dreadful. I should have known as I bought some pizzas from there a year ago and they were burnt and tasteless. This time around the pizzas were again burnt (how hard is it to cook a pizza in a pizza oven?), service was, as usual, terrible (the rude staff must surely be offenders being given a chance to work in the community), the order was wrong, the pizzas were close to being inedible. Never again, I’ve learnt my lesson.
We ordered 3 pizzas and 2 garlic breads 7.15pm tonight after a Sunday sesh at the kite. We were told it would be half an hour. I thought that was a bit excessive but 40 minutes later still no pizzas yet everyone who walked in after us were told 10 minutes! No explanations were given, no apologies, not even a free garlic bread. Very poor service, we will not be back especially as once we received the pizzas we found one was dried out as if it had been cooked and sitting there for half hour…
