Visited today with a friend to find a very nice, relaxed setting. It was 9am and I decided to go a light meal asking for the savoury muffin. However I was told they had sold out…. by 9am. Really??? So I then ordered the half avocado smash and a decaf cappuccino. My friend ordered the waffles. The wait time was quick however we were instantly disappointed by the serving sizes of the food! My avo smash was two 10cm long by 1cm thick pieces of bread with about 1cm thick of avocado. The presentation was lovely but it is criminal to charge $14 for such a meagre serve of food. My friend’s waffles looked beautiful on the plate but again they were so tiny it was really quite sad. Overall the food was tasty enough but the tiny portions, high price and lack lustre service means I won’t be going back.

Not satisfied with $19 avo toast. The bread was toasted but so cold and avo spread was watery and not creamy. Could have some mushrooms on the side if no feta was put on. Nice cafe design and aesthetic.

We came for Sunday brunch. It was busy but we had no trouble finding a table. I liked the clean and bright look of the place. I was however not as impressed with the service. We had to get everything ourselves (aside from the actual food) including own glasses, water, cutlery, napkins and even the high chair. Food portions were small for the price. Dishes were average.. nothing special and worth raving about. Disappointed.

Went here for birthday brekky. The place is so lovely with beautiful decor. Went here around 9am today so was glad could sit straightaway. I ordered Chai latte and egg Benedict with streaky bacon. Hubby had the Canada burger and tea. Server was very friendly and food came out within 5 Mins. The bread on my Benedict was so fresh and very generous three pieces to soak up the hollandaise. Hubby thoroughly enjoyed his burger , was very delicious and juicy. I would highly recommend and can’t wait to come back soon.

Ive visited this cafe quite a few times now and always love coming here. The ambience is warm and relaxed, the food and coffee is consistently good and the service has always been super prompt and friendly. Prices are standard, perhaps a little on the pricey side and the portion sizes for a few menu items are a bit small for what you pay (the avo toast, waffles and chia pot in particular are items Ive tried and felt I couldnt justify the price for). Ive really enjoyed the more substantial options they have on offer though Overall, this is a lovely place to catch up at and youll quickly understand why its so popular with the locals once youre here – definitely worth checking out if youre in the area!
