Culinary gem tucked away in quiet & leafy shenton park.It caters for both casual (with bento, takeaway, simple dishes of high quality – we have been ordering take-out from Kiri for many years), and fine dining purposes. The decor is minimalist and classically Japanese with a hint of the owners’ sentimentality. Food is consistently delicious, with a generous offering of elegant Japanese main dishes, share plates, bentos, tea, sake and more, with a rotating menu of seasonal dishes. Never disappointed and will be coming back for many more years to come. This is undoubtedly the place for Japanese fine dining in Perth.

They do serve a slightly higher end of Japanese delights and in the mid to high price point. I decided to try their angus beef filet with some rice on the side. The portion was nice and sauce to die for. I was tempted to just throw the rice in and soak it all up (but were in Shenton Park so I better behave). The meat was juicy and soaked up the sauce well.Ambiance was nice and music fitting for romantic date nights to family gatherings. Staff are polite and always around to assist. Hit me Kiri one more time!
