Different Name, Same Great Pizza. Take-out dinner from here after a long hiatus and I had forgotten how good these pizzas are!We had the elena and the melissa, both were simple and tasty with a great base, even after driving the pizza home. Not too dry (Hi Little Caesar’s!) or too oily and soup-nazi-esque (Hi pleasant Pizza on Cambridge cashier).Turns out Papa Bello’s is the new name for Cicciobella – the previous owners sold the place to their former manager, but kept the name for their pizza catering business. Current owner says all the recipes are the same but he has tweaked the dough (… I didn’t notice the difference sorry – but it was good!), so the margherita, caterina and giovanna should all still be excellent. Slightly pricey except on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, but hey, so are a gour-met burger and chips around here.
Nice pizza. We ordered on friday nite was told 25 min and was worth every minute to wait, the pizzas were hot and yum!!! Will definately go back.
