I took my Mother and Brother for Tea on Saturday Night, we have been to this restaurant many times, and occasions had a meal that has not been up to standard. But Saturday night took the cake.I order Ribs mash and it came with a bowel of mince with some chillies on top, the ribs were so tough my knife got stuck, and there was no meat on the ribs,the potato had no taste and the mince (well it was just mince in a bowel) My Mom ordered the Butter Chicken and the top layer was filled with oil. I am so disappointed and will not go back for a meal they are expensive enough, to get a shit meal and then have to pay for it. Such a beautiful place to sit and take in the views they really need to get another Chef before they loose more business.
Nice place for a quiet lunch. The surroundings are beautiful and the whole area is a place to visit. The food was really nice and fresh but there was a few things that let them down. They only have plunger coffe, I mean, it’s 2017 . They have gone for a modern industrial sort of feel which comes off a bit more industrial than anything, and the ambience suffers from poor lighting. The open fire was really nice though and the staff were fabulous. Definitely worth a lunch if you are in the area.
Went there today for lunch with my family was hoping for a decent lunch.I truly hate giving restaurants a bad wrap but there was nothing good about.We ordered gnocchi and a tasting plate , I’m not going to get into detail as there is too much to mention.It seemed like the food was cooked by young kitchen hands that have no idea about food.The food was inedible and the rose wine tasted like vinegar very disappointed considering what we paid for very bad food.These owners really need to up there game as Perth public is sick of paying good money for bad food.
