Had a midweek business dinner at the Breakwater. I had the Veal Cheek to start and the fish special for main. I can’t remember exactly what the fish was but it was definitely overcooked, the sides were ok. Others had fish, one barramundi which looked delicious, and another the same as me, no complaints from either. The veal cheek was ok too, nothing special. Really nice venue and staff were nice.
Ive been here so many times and its always nice. Gorgeous setting looking out over the marina. The staff are always very professional and courteous. The menu seems to change quite regularly. The lunch special of $32 for a meal and a glass of wine is really good value (I think they do this every day except Sunday). Its a lovely place to enjoy a quiet lunch in a beautiful location.
