Ok this place is pretty average. The bacon sandwich is a HUGE ripoff, but it’s tasty. The breakfast is decent and the coffee is a bit too thin for my liking. Otherwise, this place is demi-decent.
The newly renovated Atomic looks modern and fresh, but unfortunately its the same old tired menu on repeat. Coffee has always generally been pretty good here, had the bircher muesli this time (ordinary), some eggs and the breakfast bruschetta (a slice of toasted ciabatta with some sliced tomato and avocado – nothing you cant whip up quickly at home). It would be nice to see some more interesting dishes or specials or just something a bit different to what they have been serving for years. Great location & ambience though.

Some sound absorbing materials in the decor would make the environment so much more welcoming.My review score would actually be 3.5
Giving this cafe a 4 just for the muffin, it was one of the best I have had in while. Great homemade texture with generous amounts of apple. Have to say it reminded me of the ones Mum used to make. Coffee was a big let down unfortunately, strange flavors going on & bitter, pleased I bought the muffin!
