We had a very pleasant dinner here on a Wednesday night. My boyfriend and I loved the soup and Turkish Toast very much. They have a variety of dessert to choice after meal. The lady that worked there were very friendly and she even offered us free dessert when we ordered some take away.
Had the beetroot, haloumi and pear salad. $18 rip off. It was a plate of rocket with tinned pickled baby beets, a teaspoon of candied walnuts, 4 thin slices of pear and 2 slices of haloumi, completely drizzled in balsamic glaze. For the price I would expect fresh roasted beetroot. I also asked it to be gluten free, as advertised on their menu. The pickled beetroot are not gluten free, contain malt vinegar which is made from barley. I did not eat them. In hindsight I should have sent the plate back, feeling quite unwell now. Gluten free or not, still not worth the $18.
