Went in there for lunch and ordered the salt and pepper squid. The squid was deep fried and well overcooked thus very tough and rubbery, several salad leaves also wilted and black. Other dishes ordered also very average. The service also could have been improved.

Came here for a breakfast meeting, the staff were polite but the owners, arrogant and inflexible, could not do eggs as requested. Food was very average and there was hair in my flat white.

Havent been here for a while but their dinner menu was pretty good back then so we thought wed go for a breakfast menu instead. Their breakfast menu is pretty ordinary nowadays considering there are a lot more cafes open up in the area. They have basic like the big breakfast and croque monsieur, both are quite okay but nothing special. I think they need to differentiate their menu from other cafes a little bit otherwise itll be a little boring.

Lunch today was very underwhelming, we waited for nearly 45. minutes for our food to arrive, not so great when you have bored hungry children. I had a Thai beef salad, the beef seemed to of belonged to another dish it was stir fried in small pieces that seemed to of been marinated with a very sweet dressing, not the healthy Thai beef salad you usually find. the squid salad had the same salad as mine & the chicken skewers with coleslaw also had the same salad as mine. Having said that the service was ok, the problem here is with the kitchen.

I said 4, he said 3.5. Sunday lunch for two mid way through more renos. He wanted all day breakfast but not available after 11.30. So he had the man-wich which was apparently very good. I had a lovely quesadilla and my standard vanilla milkshake. I’d love to get it served in a big silver cup like the old days, or at least get the fancy glass with the left overs on the side.

Had a yummy lunch, service was friendly. Cakes looked great (plenty of GF options), but too full to try one! We had Thai Beef Salad and Salt & Pepper Squid
