Our 'Pilbara Room" a La Carte restaurant offers a choice of fresh seafood, prime meat cuts and local produce along with some international flavours. There is something to please every palate. Try the Beef Salpicao or the Crumbed Camembert to start, followed by a Veal Scaloppini Parmigiana or the perfectly tender Braised Lamb Shank. Coffee and liqueurs are available and we also offer a tasty special children's menu. Mouth-watering desserts round off the meal with classics including Tiramisu and Crme Brle, combined with new dishes such as Spiced Port Wine Poached Pears and Freezy Coco-Choco.
