Has been a while since Ive eaten here and came for mid week lunch for 2 recently. Have always liked the decor and ambience of the Subi hotel, it has a really nice feel. Ordered the Charred Tasmanian salmon with soy consomm for entree which was very tasty. For mains, ordered the slow cooked lamb shoulder pappardelle which was really delicious – highly recommend this dish. Finished with a small lemon drizzle cake (nothing special but still nice). Service was professional and friendly, quality of the food is excellent and the price is reasonable. Will be back soon to try some more things on their menu.
