If your turf is Subiaco and you want a quick ramen fix, Tenkadori wouldn’t be a bad choice. The owner of this place is Japanese and so are the staff, which is always a good sign. They’re a bit heavy-handed with salt but the tonkotsu broth is creamy and full of porky goodness! Miso broth is a tad less salty and rich in miso flavour. The spicy miso has a strong yuzu taste, has a good amount of chilli but also the saltiest of all. We notice how amazing the noodles’ texture is but a lot bicarb soda is used in making them. You can feel it against your teeth after a while and it’s not necessarily the most pleasant feeling. Each ramen bowl normally gets 1 slice of pork but when we return the second time closer to closing we got 2 slices each . The owner was also super nice and encouraged us to try their special curry ramen next time instagram.com

Used to come here quite often and I feel like portion sizes have gotten smaller. This time I ordered the soy based ramen with pork (for a change). I do enjoy how the broth taste is lighter and not as heavy as the tonkotsu base which I usually get. Good place for a simple meal

So far the best ramen in town. Felt like eating at Tokyo! The staff are super friendly too. Space is a a bit too small but have the cosy feel.

Amazing ramen!!! Highly recommend. Very quick service and extremely friendly staff.Nice location, just down from the main hustle and bustle of subi strip so easy to get parking near by on a Saturday night!

We Came here because my husband want to eat something Bbq with charcoal, which he said, it gives it different flavour. When we arrived there, they don’t have everything that we want. We only can try chicken skewers because they don’t have chicken’s wing and prawn . .Taste wise:mmmm..the terrayaki sauce a bit too sweetWe also try their miso ramen -flavour:niceAnd teriyaki fish (a bit salty)Overall, for me is an average

Great authentic Japanese food.I really love this place the food is sensational as is the Saki and Soju.I recommend taking the night off driving and setting aside a couple of hours sipping on Sake and snacking away. The crispy chicken is a must!!!

The ramen was great value and tasted good. You get a large serving – only one out of three people at our table who ordered it could finish it, but luckily they allowed takeaway. The servings of salmon don and eggplant were also quite large. The yakitori (chicken and prawn) were a decent serving. The teriyaki sauce is very nice. The people working there are super friendly.
