I had the ham on pretzel sub with pickles, sauerkraut, relish and cheese on a shiny golden pretzel bun. Deliciously salty and tangy. The bun was crispy on the outside and soft in the middle like a good pretzel should be. The Melt Hub guy is super zen and his staff are always friendly.
The food is decent and the staff are friendly. I tried one of the pork buns and it was nice and filling, though did get a little soggy/messy towards the end.
Food truck night in Inglewood, tried the pulled pork and the beef. Both were awesome and super filling. My pulled pork was on brioche, with jalapeos and mac’n’cheese – really?! Amazing. Friendly staff and food came out quick.
