Tried to give this place a go many times to support a local business and unfortunately it’s been a big let down with small portions, inconsistent food and constant incorrect orders. Sorry to be so harsh with my review but it’s a honest one. I even sent them a email a while ago and they didn’t even bother to acknowledge it.
The worst bubble tea in Perth. The milk tea tastes watered down and the ‘permium pearl’ flavour doesn’t even come with pearls??? Don’t recommend! Spend your money on Utopia and Presotea instead.
Have tried this place twice. It has a creative menu but the food was overly salty and I had extremely rude customer service over the phone on the second occasion. I was greeted with ‘please hold’ and then overheard an aggressive lady shouting and rudely bossing around her coworkers/ or employees. Was quite shocking to be honest. would not recommend and will not be going back.
