All bark and no bite.Tried the flaming steak and pork belly here. While the flames are unique, the food itself is a massive disappointment.The prawn skewers and fried chicken were so average I can barely recall what they looked like. The seasoning was haphazard and I was left wondering how they got it so wrong.The steak lacked any sort of crust or colour. Although it was tender it wasn’t the flavour you’re looking for in a steak. There was no crust, and the sauce was like peppered starch.The pork belly crackling was too hard and sticky, instead of being genuinely crispy. The apple sauce didn’t actually taste like apple.We had the chocolate fudge… Or so we thought. What we were served was closer to a lava cake, but not a good one. It was also served in a dark cup which annoyed me further as you could not see clearly what was inside the dish.I find it hard to see why I’d return.
