My first choice for tonights #albanyhighwaychallenge was closed (which is quite common on the strip on a Monday), so I picked the second result for Chinese Food on the uber eats app and got this one. We ordered… Honey Chicken (for something different as its not a dish wed usually choose) Japanese egg tofu with chicken and salted fish – unfortunately the little pieces of fish were too intense for my liking Szechuan beef – massive portion size with lots of veggies and generous on the meat too Salt and pepper pork chop – which was the winner Fried rice Steamed rice Complimentary spring rolls and prawn crackers thank you!We had heaps of leftovers between the four of us. The meals were huge. We washed it down with beer and wine, as you do.
