The Kway Teow Quest Continues. 2014: EDIT: Under new management, sadly the CKT has suffered for it :(2013: This review is purely based on Das Kway Teow Noodles, as its the only thing I order from there.The ingredients used are not traditional with authentic Kway Teow (ie the use of Carrot, Roast Pork, Fish Cakes etc) but the flavour is second to none. The other winning factor is that the rice noodles are actually proper fresh wide rice noodles, unlike most other Kway Teows that I have tried where Pad Thai noodles are used as a substitute.Highly recommend.
