Arrived on Saturday for lunch with a friend ordered the steak sandwich it was nice but the steak was chewy and the garlic toast was burnt and took away from the flavour a little disappointed and should have stocked to the Kelly Kiev but still an average lunch
I came here to do a burger challenge the burger was so big that not even 2 of us could finish it. If you finished it you got it free. The taste wasn’t bad but I think the staff need to show abit more motivation
Ordered a couple of the $15 lunch specials expecting a smallish portion but the portion was huge and great value too. Had the roo wrap and it was awesome perfectly cooked tasty salad sauce etc. The service was very very good chatty waiters who interacted with our kid and they were very friendly with everyone which makes a change in Perth.
We went last night (Friday). Absolutely delicious. Honestly, amazingly cooked steak, great sauces, really friendly staff and big serves for money. If the mash was a little creamier I’d give this place 11 out of 10. We don’t have kids but a big play area for families. We just had a beer whilst waiting for our meals. Will definitely be back!
been here for the last couple of weeks with the family’s first week our food took nearly 45 minutes to arrive was not happy at all dry chicken schnitzel that had been fried so much it was nearly like a brick seriously bland and hardly any topping on top which i was eager to try disgraceful so spoke with manager at the end of the night she explained that the restaurant is going threw a hard time with cooks and staff and should get better but i thought i leave it and come back again because this place use to be great with the food and service, well im writing this review now becuase our second visit was no better than the last omg something has to be done to bring this place back becuase your locals and visitors will not come back with the competition in the area see what happens.
So we had dinner on Saturday night it was he worst meal we have had for almost ever.First we have. A wait for 45 mins to be served. Once served she doesn’t come back just as we are going to leave our entree is taken.The food arrived cold we have the mixed grill and lamb cutlets out of 4 adult meals 1 is average the rest were absolutely discusting, every bit was below average thesausage was cold and, was a Woolworths bbq grissle sausage. Chips were cold too The steak was totally grissle and discusting we didn’t eat it and the spare rib was literally a bone. That’s all So this took another 1hr 30 mins to arrive after entree so now we are there 2.45 mins, we are hungry as most food wasn’t eaten.I would advise not eating here unless u get a beer.To top it off the manager was rude to the staff member who was lovely might I add, not just. A little rude completely out of line and in front of customers being a rude bitch. She should not have a mangement Position and should be fired if you hate your job why work there. Move on if you can’t handle your job , this was Saturday night resterauntmanager. And Laura was awesome really tried to fix things but how can you when it all went totally bad.And yes it was so bad I’m going to lodge a complaint with ALH group about the way we were treated and the quality of food.
If there was a minus rating I would have given it. The restaurant was very noisy, and very hot. It was a 40 degree day, but didnt have all the fans going. We ordered a starter of garlic bread which too ages to come, and then our group of 10 ordered our main courses. The food took so long to come that we nearly all got up and left. when it did finally come it was terrible. Everyone one of us felt the same. My son originally ordered wedges with his ribs instead of chips. When it came they brought chips. He complained – mildly, and was informed that he couldnt have them now unless he paid extra. We had steak. Quite frankly, I thought it was so bad that if my pet dog had been with me I would have given it to her. the chips were soggy, and the steak just plonked on top.Price: well we paid $35 for our steak – Not worth $5. Go elsewhere – better food in Maccas! We will NEVER go back
