After we paid and picked up our food and got back home, turns out we only got 4 out of 6 chicken and one of them was tiny and shrivelled up to the point where I’m not sure it’s a chicken anymore, they then completely forgot about the chicken tenders. Bright side is, I drove back and asked them about it and got the missing pieces so.. I guess its ok. KFC is KFC.Coleslaw was weird and had too much dressing in it. Didn’t have purple cabbage either 🙁 I was hoping after KFC Hong Kong discontinued their coleslaw I’d be able to eat it again here. Alas, it’s not the same weep weep

This might be because shortage of employees.. waiting time for food is insanely long, a disgrace to fast food any fast food chain..The chicken is freaking bland.. i have eaten KFC in 7 different countries across 4 continents and nothing comes close to how bland and tasteless the Karawara’s KFC.. one year ago, the KFC was bad in terms of service but now, they have managed to elevate the disgarce to a whole new level..
Sorry but this consistently the worst KFC I have ever been to. Poor service, confirm order then supply different pieces, begrudging take your order, serve it as if they are in agony, I hate going there and often drive an extra 10 kms to another professional KFC, desperately in need of a total restaff. Only scored 1 star because that’s the lowest on offer.
