Their reef and beef pizza is excellent and I also really like their chicken avocado !! Their garlic bread is delicious . They have really fast delivery if you live in the neighborhood. It’s so nice to have a good spot near by in this region !!
Absolutely disgusting service from a girl named Jasmine. My pasta took 1hr. Threw my food on the counter. Lied to my face about not being able to contact the manager. Would not recommend this place. I’d rather be a stuntman’s knee.
Ridiculous Delivery charges. I was stuck at the Port Hedland airport for 8 hours due to transport issues from the mine site, the airport all but locks their doors in between flights so no access to food. Rang these guys to find out about a delivery and I was going to be charged $20 for delivery, that is more than the large pizza cost. Just another business trying to rip people off.
Excellent. Have had pizza from here twice and really good both times. Excellent customer service, well done guts keep up the great work 🙂
New but doing well!. Dined in twice for lunch within the past week and tried their naan garlic bread, salmon carbonara and Alfunghi pizza.Service: Brand new AND young staff so didn’t except much. After you order they immediately ask for your phone number which is a tad confronting, usually I tend to at least go for a coffee together before giving my number out. Also it was a guy so no deal. However as it seemed it was store policy I eventually reluctantly gave my number until one of the other staff members told me why they needed my phone number. A suggestion is to maybe ask for the customers name first before their number. Both managers are amazing, really trying their best to please. Were really apologetic when I tried to give one of the cashiers tips on how to serve customers because they thought I was offended.Food: Surprisingly affordable for it’s central location and being in the Pilbara! ~$20 for a pizza and ~$13 for a pretty decent quality and sized pasta! The salmon carbonara which came in a heated bowl and plate underneath, sauce thickness was perfect, not too thick and creamy but still retaining flavour. Salmon itself was a tad firm and dry which I guess helped favourably contrast the creaminess of the carbonara. Plenty of garnishing but could maybe go easier on the salt. Overall very tasty and value for money for its price! The Alfunghi was pretty tasty. Good amount of ingredients but the pizza base was lackluster. Soggy when freshly made with no crisp to it. For someone claiming to be a ‘gourmet pizza’ place, the pizza base reminded me of something you would get from Dominoes. However, good toppings and not overpowering of the cheese made up for it.Naan garlic bread was amazing. Highly recommend!Overall 7/10 – Value for money pasta, ok pizza, new staff but definitely raising the bar of quality of food in Port Hedland.
