Finally decided to give the Indian a go last night after getting a menu in the mail and as they offered free delivery and had been open a little while now thought what have we got to lose hopefully it will be alright (you develope this attitude in Perth with so much git and miss). Very happy we did, this is really nice Indian food and the mild options for the kids packed flavour and spice without any heat we had vegie dishes and a lamb dish the meat was melt in your mouth tender.There are some good Indian places around but not as close as this will be a regular here now and highly reccomend the place for take away as have not dined in cant comment on that.

We didn’t realise that the Indian Ocean cafe was actually a cafe during the day and so arrived at lunchtime with our BYO and a hankering for a curry which we were told – Indian is only served after 5 pm – not to be deterred – we found a lovely little Indian lass in the kitchen that happily whipped up one of the best palak paneers that I have ever eaten along with crispy onion bhaji. As the restaurant/cafe is BYO, it’s cheap and cheerful and for 2 diners – change from $30 – I’ll definitely try this place for a dinner but it’s a real shame they don’t offer a couple of Indian lunch specials during the winter months.
Had a few takeaway deliveries from these guys now and each has been very good, the driver is friendly and on time and they will cook chicken breast if requested in a couple of the more popular dishes ( recommended if like us you do not like thigh!)Great addition to city beach just talk to chef for any special requests the guys are very helpful.
