Dined here on 24th August for dinner without a booking. We were greeted with a smiled and immediately seated.Ordered sweet corn chicken soup, sizzling peppercorn chicken, garlic vegetables and veg fried rice and coconut juice/water.All dishes were well cooked, delicious & were served in good quantity. Yes, the prices were slightly on the higher side compared to chinese meals in Perth, but the quantity of portions and quality of meat and veggies were significantly higher and better. The sizzling peppercorn chicken was a tad sweet for our taste, we were expecting a pepper zing.Service by the only waitress was excellent.Only downside was the 2% credit card surcharge which we didn’t think is appropriate to charge by any business. Ended paying from savings account. Overall experience was good. Total 4/5.
It’s a westernised Chinese/Vietnamese restaurant! I gave a 3 because it was open on Christmas Day and I needed Chinese food bad! other wise it’s a 1 if it’s in Sydney or a 0 in China (the restaurant won’t even exist). I am Chinese so I can’t tolerate bad Chinese food! The duck with plum source: the meat was dry and probably not fresh, the fry rice was ok. The Vietnamese noodle was horrible, taste like MSG. Everything is not authentic. Just feel sorry for people in the town thinking that’s ‘Chinese or Vietnamese food’.
Went there for first time tonight. Food was excellent. Not overly seasoned, fresh, very tasty. Service was a bit rushed but food made up for it. Will definitely be back next time in busselton. Some non soup non noodle Vietnamese dishes eould be a great addition
